Terms & Conditions

    Tickets will be sold on Shepherd’s Hope’s website. Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.shepherdshope.org/chance-to-win until Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST, unless otherwise noted.

    The prize includes:
    Two (2) tickets to the Universal Epic Universe Grand Opening Celebration on May 21, 2025.
    Prize does not include transportation, travel, or other expenses.
    Drawing will take place on May 14, 2025.

    Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Shepherd’s Hope. Shepherd’s Hope is not responsible for incorrect contact information.

    Prize fulfillment is subject to Universal Orlando Resort’s rules, regulations, and event terms. Date and time subject to change.

    Shepherd’s Hope’s Universal Epic Universe Chance to Win is conducted by Shepherd’s Hope, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Winter Garden, FL. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

    Tickets are specific to this Chance to Win and are not transferable to unrelated campaigns hosted or branded by Shepherd’s Hope.

    Chances to Win are logged within the data of the software used. One person who purchases a ticket will be randomly drawn from the software database. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided.

    Employees, board members, and the families and friends living in the same household as employees of Shepherd’s Hope are prohibited from being eligible winners and are excluded from participation in the Chance to Win.

    All entries must be submitted by May 13, 2025. Only entries received and paid for by that time will be entered into the Chance to Win. A confirmation email will be sent to the ticket buyer once their payment has been received.

    If for any reason the Universal Epic Universe Grand Opening Celebration is canceled, postponed, or becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the control of Shepherd’s Hope, the event portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

    Shepherd’s Hope reserves the right to disqualify any participant, modify, suspend, or cancel the Chance to Win at any time. If modified, suspended, or canceled, Shepherd’s Hope will post an update on its website.

    Shepherd’s Hope and its representatives are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for entries not received due to any technical problems.

    Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

    By participating in this Chance to Win, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Shepherd’s Hope, which shall be binding and final in all respects.
