Call to Hope Society

The Shepherd's Hope Call to Hope Society is a group of key supporters who believe in furthering our reach into communities where access to quality healthcare is limited. Our community recognizes their exemplary dedication for safegaurding access to medical care for the uninsured and under-insured men, womaen, and children of Central FLorida. These investors have made over 300,000 medical services possible to date.

Hope Circle

Members of the Hope circle provide a minimum donation of $5,000 up to Samaritan Circle level. This donation level provides at least fifty patient visits with diagnostic lab tests in partnership with the local medical community.

Samaritan Circle

Members of the Samaritan Circle provide a minimum donation of $25,000 up to Shepherd Circle level. This donation level ensures that at least two hundred fifty individuals receive quality care from our medical delivery team of volunteers and staff.

Shepherd Circle

Members of the Shepherd Circle provide a minimum donation of $50,000 up to Healing Circle level. This donation level changes the trajectory of at least five hundred lives that may have otherwise had no healthcare option other than the Emergency Department.

Shepherd Circle Members

Healing Circle

Members of the Healing Circle provide a minimum commitment of $100,000 up to Legacy Circle level. An annual contribution of $20,000 ($1,667 monthly) will offset two weeks of clinical operations at one of our Health Centers.

Legacy Circle

Members of the Legacy Circle provide a minimum commitment of $250,000. An annual contribution of $50,000 ($4,167 monthly) will offset almost one month of clinical operations at one of our Health Centers.

Legacy Circle Members

Each Call to Hope Society member decides the best contribution option. Options include a one-time total contribution or a payment spanning up to five-years. Payment plans include annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly installments.
